About Lessons
How many hours in advance do I need to book a lesson?
We accept reservations up to 1 hour before the lesson’s starting time.
The cutoff time may vary depending on the day, so please check the lesson schedule on the reservation page.
I want to make sure my lesson was booked correctly.
After booking your lesson, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered.

Cancellation policy
・Free cancellation is available up to 3 hours before the lesson. Refunds will be issued by the 10th of the following month. A refund processing fee will be borne by the student. Late cancellations after the 3-hour window or no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
・If we are unable to reach you within 10 minutes after the lesson’s starting time, it may be considered a cancellation.
・Please note that late arrival is allowed but the lesson time will not be extended, which may result in a shorter lesson duration.
・Depending on the teacher's schedule, rescheduling a lesson may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for any schedule changes.
